Alexya's Baptism

She did it! Alexya got baptized on Sunday in front of her family and friends at St. Perpetua Catholic Church. We are so happy and proud of her..she did great through the entire ceremony (with the exception of the organ scaring her awake from a nap at the end). She didn't cry when she got baptized, in fact she looked up at Father John with this look of concentration on her face like she was really listening to what he was saying. It was so cute. Thank you to everyone that attended and thank you for all of the beautiful cards and gifts from everyone. We are so lucky and happy to have so many people around her that love her and support her. She had so much fun at the party afterwards too...she got to spend time with both her grandmas and many of her great aunts and cousins and her friends and aunts and uncles and so on....basically she was surrounded by loved ones! She stayed awake through the whole thing, even though she was so tired, she was having a great time laughing and playing with everyone who would hold her. What a great day!

Here's Lexy spending quality time with Sushuma (this was their first time meeting each other)...and it's about time! :) Sush needs to visit more often cause Lexy loves her!
Here's Alexya with her cousin Jazzlynn...this was the first time they got to meet each other and they look so cute together! Lexy is 2 months older than Jazzy exactly. She was born November 27th and Jazzlynn was born January 26th....they even have similar taste in clothes....and they were trying to hold hands :) CUTIES!!
