Alexya's 1st Pony Ride!

Alexya's preschool (starting in Sept) was having a fundraiser carnival which included Pony Rides! Alexya picked out the pony she wanted to ride, the one with pink hearts painted on it's butt and it's tail sprayed pink. She's so excited that she jumps on the pony and rides off without even looking back at me. I was shocked at how comfortable she was instantly....but then again it's in her blood (right grandma!?!) :) After the first ride $5.00 she gets off and asks if she can go again.....so.....OK another $5.00, but can you really put a price on that face? ;)

A visit from Aunt Erica and cousin Kara. We had so much fun playing and we even went to the park and played some more!

Alexya and Santino each wearing one of Santino's new shirts... size 3T...yeah they are a little big, but he's growing so fast I don't want to throw away my money and this way they can both wear them! :)

1st Hot Tub Swim of 2010

Sonny went in once last year, in a baby boat, but this is his first time with floaties and he had so much fun! Alexya's had two previous summers with the hot tub, but she doesn't remember them! So this was new to her again. They were all in there for about 30-40 minutes and had so much fun before I had to pull them out (prune fingers & feet).

...why is it that kids love to drink the pool water???

Alexya got a new Ariel swimsuit this year (she actually has two, one is purple and at mimi's house) and a new orange Dora one as well. The perks of getting bigger each year...I'm jealous since my swimsuit (one) is falling apart.
